About the Event
Take a bit of time for your body and your mind. Classes are suitable for all levels- I'll demo everything and give lots of different options as we go.
As a rough guide, Tuesday morning classes are slightly slower as we wake up, and Thursday evenings are a bit stronger.
As these classes are temporarily online, they are 'Pay What You Feel/Can', with the average being £8 and the minimum being £3.50 to cover costs.
